This year we will be attending Centrifuge at Southwestern Baptist seminary in Fort Worth, TX the price is $350 and the trip will take place June 26-30 2023
Everyone attending camp must submit a completed Camp Participant Form. This summer, these forms are electronic and do not require a notary signature or stamp.
A $75 deposit is due for this trip on April 22nd
The Registration form and Full payment are due May 24th

I am excited for our group to attend FUGE Camps at Southwestern Seminary and that your child will be
joining us! Everyone attending camp must submit a completed Camp Waiver & Release.
You will need our group registration ID #. That number is 780570.

Then, complete the waiver. Please complete the waiver as soon as you can but no later
than 2 weeks before the time we are to arrive at camp.
